Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Sign Up: Sign up through Zen Planner for a flat monthly fee and gain access to a fully comprehensive coaching and nutrition education package.
2️⃣ Welcome Email:Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email from Mikayla with the action steps you need to get started. This includes a nutrition questionnaire to fill out before your in-person consultation.
3️⃣ In-Person Consultation:This is where the magic begins! During your consultation, you’ll:✅ Complete an InBody assessment to measure your body composition.✅ Review your nutrition questionnaire answers.✅ Get a customized macronutrient plan tailored to your individual needs (BMR, age, gender, weight, activity level, and goals).✅ Download a food-tracking app if you don’t already have one.✅ Join an optional group chat for community support and encouragement.✅ Receive a quick-glance calendar to stay organized with your program.✅ Learn about additional resources, including grocery shopping helpers and recommended podcasts, books, and videos.
4️⃣ Ongoing Accountability:Coach Mikayla will check in with you every week via email to review your progress, celebrate wins, and offer support for any challenges.
5️⃣ Week 4 Progress Scan:At the end of your first month, you will schedule a follow-up InBody scan to evaluate your progress. This is your chance to reflect on how far you’ve come and decide if ongoing coaching is the right fit for you!
