My son loves the weekly camp ! Andrew does such an incredible job of motivating the kids and making it fun and a lil competition :) We started this camp to improve my son's speed, strength and agility on the ballfield and we can already notice the difference! Absolutely love SAA! We started going here years ago for my oldest son. SAA setup a program for him to be able to achieve his goals to get on the varsity baseball team with BHS. We started back up again for my youngest son. Andrew has really helped my son, Jimmy, get focused, set a goal, and execute it. I've noticed a big difference in my son, not only in his physique but also mentally. I highly recommend SAA, especially Andrew. Andrew gets it! He understands what's required to hit those attainable goals in sports and how to get into the young adult's head to help them believe in themselves and bring out that competitive edge needed.
